ARE THE COLOURS AND THE FABRICS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE ?
We use the best quality of pure fabrics. Products are exclusively handcrafted and specially chosen for you. We can send you a shade card for your to confirm the fabric and colour is of your liking.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once the order is ready and shipped, we will share the tracking number with you upon request.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS ?

HOW DO I GET MY OUTFIT ALTERED ?
We generally keep 3-4 inch margin in all our garments. Usually the measurements are quite accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if something comes us we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS ?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES ?
- Any part cancellation of or refund of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order
-Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in singapore are not set as business days for deliveries.
- To qualify for free shipping, your product total after any discount should be above SGD 350
- Duty as a mandate by your country of shipment will have yo be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes,we would not be able to entertain any request for refund.

IS MY PURCHASE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN? HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Your purchase qualifies for a exchange or return, if it meets the following conditions :
- An incorrect product is delivered to you
- If the product have a genuine manufacturing defect.
Given the nature of our product, we take each request on a case to case basis. We reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we may deem fit. We will not be able to offer any refunds in case of failed attempts of delivery or in case an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE STORE CREDIT OR REFUND?
We will be happy to, after a quality check provide you refund or store credit. This will be processed within 7 working days. All refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
